These Terms & Conditions govern your use of richhotunbothered.com (the “Website”) and any digital products, memberships, or content offered on it, operated by Hey U Human, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Website, you agree to these terms.

General Purchase Terms

By purchasing a digital product through the Website, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and agree to fulfill all associated payment obligations. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover associated fees if payment is not made.

The purchased digital product is for personal use only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the product without explicit written consent from Hey U Human, LLC.

The Company retains all intellectual property rights in its products and Content. You may not modify Content or create derivative works from it without permission. All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued once a purchase is completed.

Membership-Specific Terms

Monthly memberships automatically renew until canceled. To cancel, email support@richhu.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. Access continues through the current billing cycle even after cancellation, but no refunds apply for the remainder of that cycle.

For digital content included with a membership, members receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Digital Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution, resale, broadcasting, renting, sharing, or adapting the content is prohibited.

All sales related to memberships are final, and no refunds will be given. Non-compliance with these terms may result in membership termination and legal action.
